Nom is a utility that helps you delete unwanted screenshots, images saved by apps, and files from a folder you choose. This policy explains how the app handles your data.
In short: Nom has no account and no server of its own. Your photos and files never leave your phone. We do not collect personal information.
When you tap "Show me the pile", iOS asks for photo library access. Nom reads the list of screenshots and images on the device to show them on the board and to make thumbnails. Images are processed on the device only. Deleting a photo only happens when you tap "Digest", and iOS shows its own confirmation. Deleted photos remain in the Photos app's "Recently Deleted" for 30 days, as iOS provides.
The Downloads feature uses the system folder picker. You choose a folder; Nom keeps a bookmark to that folder so it can list files inside it later. Files you feed to Nom stay in your folder; Nom only remembers which ones you fed it. A file is deleted from the folder only when you tap Digest. Nom does not read the contents of your files except to generate a preview thumbnail through iOS.
The Lifetime unlock is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple (StoreKit). We receive no payment details and use no third-party purchase service; Apple keeps the purchase record on your device.
The free version shows one optional rewarded ad (Google AdMob) in the Belly screen, only when you tap “Watch an ad”. To serve and measure ads, Google may receive device information such as the device model, iOS version, IP address, coarse location derived from it, and the advertising identifier — we do not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission, so ads are non-personalized and the identifier is not used to track you across other apps. Lifetime removes ads. Google’s handling of this data is described in Google’s policy.
Settings › Delete app data clears Nom's decisions and belly on this phone. Your photos are not touched. You can revoke photo access any time in iOS Settings › Privacy.
Nom is not directed to children under 13 and collects no personal data from anyone.

평생권은 Apple이 처리하는 일회성 인앱 결제(StoreKit)입니다. 결제 정보는 받지 않으며 별도의 결제 중개 서비스를 쓰지 않습니다. 구매 기록은 Apple이 기기에 보관합니다.
무료 버전은 배 속 화면에서 「광고 보기」를 눌렀을 때만 보상형 광고(Google AdMob) 하나를 보여줍니다. 광고를 내보내고 측정하기 위해 Google이 기기 모델·iOS 버전·IP 주소와 그로부터 추정한 대략적 위치·광고 식별자 같은 기기 정보를 받을 수 있습니다. 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 권한을 묻지 않으므로 광고는 맞춤형이 아니며, 식별자로 다른 앱에서의 활동을 추적하지 않습니다. 평생권을 사면 광고가 없습니다. Google의 처리 방식은 Google 정책에 있습니다.

만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 누구의 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.

買い切りはAppleが処理する一度きりのアプリ内課金（StoreKit）です。支払い情報は受け取らず、第三者の課金サービスも使いません。購入記録はAppleが端末に保持します。
無料版では、おなか画面で「広告を見る」を押したときだけ、リワード広告（Google AdMob）を1つ表示します。広告の配信と計測のため、Googleが端末モデル・iOSバージョン・IPアドレスとそれから推定したおおまかな位置・広告識別子などの端末情報を受け取ることがあります。App Tracking Transparency の許可は求めないため、広告はパーソナライズされず、識別子で他のアプリでの行動を追跡することはありません。買い切りで広告はなくなります。Googleの取り扱いはGoogleのポリシーをご覧ください。
設定 › アプリのデータを削除で、この端末の判定記録とおなかを空にできます。写真には触れません。写真へのアクセスはiOSの設定 › プライバシーでいつでも解除できます。
