부루다는 차량 번호로 차주에게 연락하는 앱입니다. 서로 전화번호를 주고받지 않습니다.
사용 중 문제나 의견은 아래 메일로 보내주세요. 확인하는 대로 답장드립니다.
앱 안에서는 마이페이지 → 자주 묻는 질문 → 1:1 문의하기로도 보낼 수 있습니다.
상대에게 내 전화번호가 가나요?
아니요. 부루다는 전화번호를 묻지도, 상대에게 보여주지도 않습니다. 차량 번호는 암호화된 형태로만 대조합니다.
내 차로 오는 연락을 받으려면?
로그인한 뒤 내 차를 등록하면 됩니다. 등록하지 않은 차량으로는 알림을 받을 수 없습니다.
알림에 답변 버튼이 안 보입니다 (아이폰)
아이폰은 알림을 꾹 눌러야 버튼이 펼쳐집니다. 「바로 나갈게요 · 5분쯤 걸려요 · 지금은 어려워요」 중에서 고르면 앱을 열지 않고 답할 수 있습니다.
잘 안 눌리면 설정 → 손쉬운 사용 → 터치 → 3D 및 햅틱 터치에서 감도를 낮춰보세요.
답변 알림이 안 옵니다
로그인하지 않고 보냈거나 QR 카드로 보낸 경우에는 보낸 쪽에 알림을 보낼 수 없습니다. 보낼 대상을 알 수 없기 때문입니다.
앱에서 로그인하고 보내면 답이 왔을 때 알림을 받습니다.
불쾌한 연락을 받았습니다
호출 내역에서 받은 알림을 눌러 신고하기를 고르면 됩니다. 신고할 때 이 사람 차단하기를 함께 고르면,
그 상대가 보내는 알림은 앞으로 내 차에 오지 않습니다. 신고 내용은 운영자가 확인하며 상대에게는 알리지 않습니다.
안드로이드는 다음 업데이트부터 이 기능이 들어갑니다. 그때까지는 아래 메일로 알려주시면 확인하고 조치하겠습니다 —

원치 않는 알림을 그만 받고 싶어요
내 차량 화면에서 차량별로 알림 수신을 끌 수 있습니다. 마이페이지의 알림 수신을 끄면 모든 알림이 멈춥니다.
차량을 삭제하거나 계정을 지우고 싶어요
차량은 내 차량 화면에서, 계정 삭제는 마이페이지에서 할 수 있습니다.

Buruda lets you contact a car's owner by plate number. Neither side shares a phone number.
If you run into a problem or have feedback, email us at the address below. We reply as soon as we see it.
In the app, you can also write to us from Account → Contact us.
Does the other person get my phone number?
No. Buruda does not ask for your phone number and does not show one to anyone. Plate numbers are matched only in encrypted form.
How do I receive notifications about my car?
Sign in and add your car. A car that is not registered cannot receive notifications.
I can't see the reply buttons on a notification (iPhone)
On iPhone, press and hold the notification to show the buttons. Choose "I'll be right out", "About 5 minutes" or "Can't right now" to reply without opening the app.
If pressing doesn't work well, try adjusting the setting in Settings → Accessibility → Touch → Haptic Touch.
I'm not notified when the owner replies
If you sent without signing in, or through a QR card, we cannot notify you, because we don't know who to send it to.
Sign in to the app before sending and you will be notified when a reply arrives.
I received an unpleasant message
In History, tap the notification you received and choose Report. If you also select Block this person,
notifications from that person will no longer reach your car. Our team reviews every report. The other person is not notified.
You can also email us at the address above. It helps if you tell us when it arrived and for which car.
I want to stop getting notifications
In My cars, you can turn on Pause notifications for each car. Turning off Notifications in Account stops all notifications.
I want to delete a car or my account
Delete a car in My cars. Delete your account in Account.

Buruda 是用車牌號碼聯絡車主的 App。雙方都不需要交換電話號碼。
使用上有問題或意見，請寄信到下方的電子郵件。我們看到後會盡快回覆。
在 App 內也可以從「我的 → 聯絡我們」傳送。
對方會知道我的電話號碼嗎？
不會。Buruda 不會詢問電話號碼，也不會顯示給對方。車牌號碼只以加密形式比對。
要怎麼收到傳給我車輛的通知？
登入後登記您的車輛即可。沒有登記的車輛無法收到通知。
通知上看不到回覆按鈕（iPhone）
iPhone 需要長按通知，按鈕才會展開。從「我馬上出去 · 大約需要 5 分鐘 · 現在不方便」中選一個，不必打開 App 就能回覆。
如果不容易按出來，請到設定 → 輔助使用 → 觸控 → 觸覺回饋觸控調整看看。
收不到回覆通知
如果是未登入傳送，或透過 QR 卡傳送，我們無法通知傳送的人，因為不知道該通知誰。
在 App 登入後再傳送，對方回覆時您就會收到通知。
收到令人不舒服的通知
請在通知紀錄點選收到的通知，再選擇檢舉。檢舉時一併選擇封鎖此人，
今後此人傳送的通知就不會再送到您的車輛。檢舉內容由營運人員確認，不會通知對方。
也可以寄信到上方的電子郵件告訴我們。請一併寫上收到的時間和車輛，處理會更快。
不想再收到通知
可以在我的車輛畫面，為每輛車開啟暫停通知。關閉「我的」中的接收通知，所有通知都會停止。
想刪除車輛或帳號
車輛可在我的車輛畫面刪除，帳號可在我的刪除。
